Touch of care is NDIS service provider that offers reliable disability support worker who is right for you.

House Hold Cleaner

Help with organising, vacuuming, toilet and bathroom cleaning with non toxic products , washing and ironing.

Nursing Care

Experienced enrolled nurse or a NDIS registered service provider nurse will assist administer Medication, wound care, monitor vitals, peg feed, catheter care any nursing care.

Assist Personal Activities

Assistants with personal hygiene, medication transferring/ambulating, meals assistants morning and evening routine.

Associated Health Therapeutic Support

We link you to other professionals if need it including psychologist, speech pathologist, Dietitian and many more.

Participate in Community

Our friendly stuff will make sure your in time for you appointments and assist you with your shopping needs.

Social And Leisure Activities

Your appointed NDIS service support worker can 1:1 support social activities like movies, swimming or going for a walk on beach. You can choice group programs you want to be taken to.

Personal Development

We take time to get to know and your goals and together structure positive support strategies to enhance your quality of life.

Assist Personal Activities High

There are two levels of supports for people requiring assistance with daily activities: Standard and assist personal actives high. Assist personal actives high are where specialised, more skilled or more experienced support workers is required to deliver supports to participants who need it. Touch of Care worker maybe required to manage challenging behaviours that require intensive positive behaviour support and/or Continual active support is required due to high medical support needs (such as unstable seizure activity or respiratory support).

Accommodation and Tenancy

We will assist with Accommodation and Tenancy Obligations supports to find affordable, safe
and appropriate accommodation. Assist you with finding suitable SIL/STA home in chosen area.
